Our 24-hour response provides ‘Peace of Mind’ to businesses, residential properties, commercial retail and leisure. We provide instant response to alarm activations throughout all seasons ensuring our services are consistent in our approach. Even during the extreme weather our patrol and response units are maintaining our client commitment.

Domestic

To support our diverse customer base, we operate a support structure with local management resource to ensure a quick response to any issues.  We adopt the hands-on approach.
If you do not wish us to hold your keys our Response Officers can still accompany your lone key holder on site to deal with any alarm activation or incident, reducing the risk of lone workers at vulnerable times (refer to Health & Safety Executive document “Working Alone In Safety” booklet INDG73).

Lock up and unlock

Our services can include specific scheduled locking and unlocking of premises, accompanied by random patrols to supplement the service.  We will normally combine lock down service with a security patrol of the premises in which we will ensure windows and doors are secure and lights etc are switched off.
